You don't live in Orlando?  Bill gives online trumpet lessons via the internet!  Back in 2002, Bill got together with an Information Technology Consultant and they worked out how to take advantage of the Internet for real trumpet lessons.  Since then, Bill has given Online Lessons to people all across the country, including some international players.

Using your home internet connection, a telephone, and a web-cam, you can get the same lesson you would get if you were with Bill in his studio.

Whether you want regularly-scheduled lessons or you just want one or two lessons to get you jump-started, this might just be the convenient solution you've been searching for.

How Online Lessons Work
You'll discuss your current playing situation over the phone, and Bill will ask you to play something specific for him. You'll record a video of it on your computer, and then copy it to a special web folder.

Bill may then have you make another video with the correction, or he might record one for you that demonstrates the change you need to make.

What You'll Need

• High-speed Internet access, such as DSL or Cable modem

• Video & sound recording capabilities on your computer using a web cam & microphone or a converter for your video camera with a converter (Dazzle or similar)

• A telephone (a headset or earpiece will be very helpful)
  

• Your trumpet!
